I need help again!

I've heard some things about that, and frankly, I'm disgusted. I disliked and mocked Tik Tok before because it's stupid and "cringy" but anything that encourages such things earns my hate. In any case, the people who are doing those kinds of things are probably idiots and you shouldn't let them ruin stuff for you.

I haven’t seen any of these videos myself, but this “challenge” sounds awful.

The essence of bullying I think is when people feel so insecure in themselves that they have to put others down in order to validate themselves.

So when you see people doing this “challenge,” just remember they are the real losers in life and something inside them is very broken.

Or perhaps they just got caught up in a trend and followed the herd without thinking — and just need to be shown some sense.

Remember you are the one with a conscience and the good sense to know this is terribly wrong.

Tiktok recently "fixed" it by adding something where if the title or tags had "autism" in it then it will be removed but it only takes a couple of changes to make it not be removed and I'm literally seeing this all over the place and the only other placed I don't see them is here and on my discord server which is sad because it limits my entertainment options and it's especially hard to not watch YouTube or twitter during quarantine

That freaking sucks.

Sometimes there is only so much that social media moderators can do in the face of relentless spam, and people determined to get around the mods can always find a way. That said, it’s hard to say the moderators could not act even more aggressively here.

The cynic in me says that TikTok is doing just enough in order to preserve a fig-leaf of plausible deniability, while secretly profiting from the increased views and attention that this disgusting trend is bringing them.
