Personally, I think stream ownership should be tightly-held because of the potential for trolling, but that’s just my two cents.

Being a stream owner lets you do things like add and unmod other mods and even gives you a button to delete the entire stream. It’s a huge responsibility. And since this stream has already been messed with before, I think keeping ownership limited is maybe a better call.

I get that some people might crave the additional prestige that comes from being a Stream Owner rather than “just a Mod.”

But it’s not really that important. Being a Mod is a great distinction too. And either way, the stream shows up at the top of your profile page and lets others find it easily which is what’s most important for helping grow the stream.

Personally I’m fine with either status for myself.

Yeah that’s what I’d do and make sure all the remaining stream owners are on the same page.

You can only delete a stream if it has less than 10 followers. Agreed it's a big responsibility and something that shouldn't be handed out to just anyone.

I should tell that to OlympianProduct as he recently suggested I delete one of my streams :)

I guess the only way to delete a stream with more than 10 followers would be to ask them to unfollow. (Easier said than done, I've tried it) perhaps global mods have that ability if a stream goes against TOS but stream mods don't so far.
