Anyone that wants to vaccinate their kids should do a few things. The day before getting the vaccine, take your kids for a cognitive screening for developmental disorders. Then get the vaccine. A week later do the exact same developmental disorder tests and compare the results. This will show once and for all whether vaccines affect childhood development.
