Not at all — the fault is theirs alone.

I wouldn't necessarily say that it was anyone's fault. There were just multiple perspectives on an issue and they clashed which resulted in an argument. That argument just went a little lot over the top.

As a human-under-the-legal-age-to-where-I-am-considered-an-adult, it's good to be reminded that these kinds of arguments don't just happen in the lunchroom.
