Someone was compiling walk animations and uploading them to YT
One of them was Furret titled "he walcc"
As time went on it became the most popular of all the walk animations
For some reason he became associated with Accumula town theme due to the video by Narpy
Then with furret walks around the world (or rather walks around Singapore) his fame skyrocketed
Then the videos went viral with the Furret raids Area 51 series and the Undertale crossoves
The catchy tune combined with Furret, an already popular Pokemon, basically made it one of the most well loved Pokemon memes ever
