Yeah, they are. The context of every one of them is a SLIGHT possibility of foul play, but all basically said probably not, nothing like your comparison, or in actuality what you were aiming at.

His brother hasn't stopped trying to reopen the case. Hyoid fractures are impossible from a cell that small because he can't fall far enough to break the Hyoid. I made a f**ked up meme about that when it first came out.

He was 181 pounds in weight 1.83 meters tall. As an ex con, suicide cells have nothing you can hang yourself from to fall the distance to fracture a hyoid bone. Even in a normal cell you'd have to do it from a cell tier or from the light fixture in the cieling. He wasnt there long enough to learn how to access that light fixture to get a sheet around it. This is coming from an ex-con. It took me 18 months to figure out how to open that light in order to steal the fluorescent ballast from it to make an AC adapter for my radio in my cell. This is how I know he didn't do it. He can't fall hard enough to break a hyoid in ANY cell. He would've died from Cerebral hypoxia. at least the guy in the cell above mine did when he did it.

Breaking his neck off of face planting onto the steel toilet would've been a more believable method of suicide.
