around 10 years after the instigation of the empire the close were too 'old' to fight due to increased aging. plus according to rex the visibility is terrible

They made more, but clones were not used as much because of the clone rebellion, but were still used

Notice how I said around '10 year's. I've done the research. Most of them died of due to increased aging. By time of The fall of Palpatine they were all but gone.
