This is Ichigo. He's my favorite Power Ranger from the anime "King Of The Hill". I was moved to tears when his mother was eaten by a titan and he vowed that day to track down the dragon balls to summon the dragon to wish her back to life. His friendship with other Power Rangers, Goku and Edward Elric is strong.
