Those are debatable, but Trump doesn't legally have to consult congress for these kinds of things. Only notify them he did it. We can debate the pros and cons. All those people dying in detention centers are not his fault. That's the fault of the individuals running the detention centers. That's like blaming God for everyone's death because he created the universe.
As for deaths in foreign countries. Its either the deaths of our soldiers or theirs. We shouldn't be over there in the first place.
