You need to repent and believe. Repent isn't just saying sorry for your sins, it's the act of turning away from them. So if you are turning away from them and you truly believe that God has saved and redeemed you then it's not just something you lose. If you are tempted or start to drift from the right path, that's on you, not something that you can "lose your salvation" from. God is right there behind you the whole time waiting for you to turn back to Him, but you need to take that step to Him. Baptism is not necessary to be saved. It is a public declaration of your faith and it represents the next step in your walk of faith but it does not actually need to happen for you to be saved(I go to a Lutheran school, and yeah, they believe this) You don't have to follow the commandments to be saved. When Jesus came and died he became the Law because He knew that it was impossible for us to follow it on our own. That being said, you need to listen to Him and follow Him, salvation isn't touch and go. You have to actively pursue Him and do everything you can to follow Him. When you do this, you'll find you are following His commandments
