I took a "vacation" to Arizona on March 10th. I went for MLB Spring Training. The first day I was due to attend a game, they cancelled everything and this fiasco began. Two days later, shortly after returning from Costco with a new laptop, I became extremely sick. I had a crazy sore throat, a bad cough that was excruciatingly painful due to the sore throat, a horrible fever, chills, body aches, headache, etc. I was bedridden for 5 days and still sick for another 2 weeks. I could not get tested for COVID-19 because testing had not yet began for the masses.

It's important to make a distinction between "coronavirus" and COVID-19 because there are many coronaviruses out there. Many of them are responsible for the common cold (so are rhinoviruses, etc) and what Captain_Scar describes below sounds more like a cold than COVID-19. Right now, as I type, I am again very ill with a similar illness. The past 6 days have been pure torture, but I am finally feeling a little better.

I'd say I was/am very likely infected with COVID-19. My primary physician has already told me to take the COVID-19 antibody test and I'm gonna take it. When I do and I have the results, I will publish them here.

Cheers!

Mine could have been just a cold, however I had been coughing long before the rest came on. I'm also in the prime of youth and was exercising regularly at the time so that would definitly affect any sickness. That being said, I think it lasted way too long to have just been a cold, buuuut it could have just been influenza B, so I'm not 100% sure cause I never got tested.

And that's why any statistics on C19 are dubious at best. No one will ever know the true numbers, especially since many people have it and are asymptomatic.

Thanks, same to you. No, I was in Arizona, which was one of the states that was not yet hit hard when I was there. However, I was in Las Vegas for two days prior and flew through three airports on my way there. I wish I would have just cancelled that trip. It cost me $6k to lay in bed sick as a dog for a week.

February was the month I thought I have corona
4 ups, 4y
Yes, I think it's very likely.
I had a terrible stuffy nose and a cough for over a week and when it went away for about a week got another one for a few days.
I think I could have had coronavirus the first time cause I was suffering.

I got really sick late November - right after Thanksgiving when I returned from Arizona.

The worst cough I've ever had - dry! It kept me up 2 nights until I started to get over it. Everyone but my son got it.

We're pretty sure we already had it here, and that my son was asymptomatic.

Back in October my entire family had to go to the emergency room we were so sick. My 3 year old had a 105 fever, a cough and was having trouble breathing, my 4 year old didn't move from his bed for 3 straight days and even when he's sick normally I can't get him to lay down, my husband was off work for a week per doctor's orders and he never gets sick. And the kicker? We tested negative for the flu, the clinic couldn't figure out what it was. I am convinced this virus has been around much longer than we realize but here we are in lockdown. What gives?

Governmental power grabs. I could understand people dialing it back for a week 1) not to overfill hospitals and 2) to understand what we're up against, but this was way too much.

Interesting. My dad thought he had a bad case of the flu but when he got tested for it it came back negative. Evidently this isn't an isolated occurrence. There were also WAY more kids out of school sick and in my area

I honestly don't know... I've been with a snotty nose, coughing and many things during the entire quarantine period, however with my past medical experiences I'm quite sure I would have had those symptoms anyway, with or without the coronavirus, since I've always been like that in spring... Actually all year long, but particularly in spring. So frankly, I don't think I have, but hey, you never know.

Luckily, I've been pretty healthy recently (aside from the side effects of staying up until 3 AM). So, no.

I went from feeling fine on a Friday to having body aches and a feeling of tiredness on a Saturday. It got better Sunday and I was OK Monday. I had never felt like that before. No other symptoms, however.
