No. I have to disagree. I have seen far too many criminals get caught committing Federal gun crimes by local authorities and the Feds refuse to charge them with the Federal crime. Local prosecutors routinely refuse to prosecute gun crimes ( it allows Hizzonner to claim lower crime statistics). They also tend to hold guns taken in robberies and burglaries as "evidence" and not return them to their rightful owners. That is one way that local Nazi's circumvent the Constitution. They pay lip service to the citizens about upholding and defending the Constituiton, when in reality, they will do anything to gain more power over the citizens.

Form 4473 violations aren't being proscecuted. The only time the 4473 is used to prosecute someone is to use in order to "enhance" another crime involving use of a gun bought from a FFL dealer rather than a gun that was stolen from an individual or a gun store.
