I never said they all were. But the government has released known killers. That just gives me the chills think of how many more they could kill. Even if they only released thieves I don’t like that either because frankly I worked hard to own things and I don’t want it stolen by someone they just let walk.

Percentage wise we are less than the rest of the world but numbers we have more. The reason for that is our population is huge!
