I had a tag that seems to have had too many characters. So the tag may have caused an error. I'd like to 'repost' in the comments. I hope comment does not run over.
The reason to re-present tag is to be instructive. This is kinda my thing and I know memes are supposed to be fun. But I think this may be worthwhile though hypocritical. So bear with me.
This comic has a meta template feel. There are memes within memes that might tell a different story with different memes. There is also a meta-meta feel. That's right meta-meta-ish. That's because I am going to great pains to present how meta-template's of story comics might generally be approached. I hope this is not too condescending.*
My meta-template is also very specific. In other words one can fill in the comic-template with meme inserts analogous to how one fills in a regular template with captions. But one just has to base each frames captions on what is the meta template 'feel'. I call that the acting of the memes within meta-meme.
Of course the feel is just a sensible story. But as a meme template's caption must use certain phrasing within the caption, the meta-template's 'acted' memes must present a particular portion to a standard ory. They will do so by following the standard sub-meme and then futher conforming whatever particular phrasing is chosen, to the needs of the standardized storyline for the meta-template.
I've not made an actual template cause there is no real interface to do that. I've had to make each meme in one step with the interface. Then download and reupload into the comic template and delicately position and size all of the images. Also the title of meme reflects pride in work. I did not think to try to give a meta-meme template, blank comic 4x4 working title. It would be something like: Daily Meme Dive.
I think unlike standardization of phrasing forms (in meme template) which people are pretty adamant about, standards of meta-template acting forms could be more lax. Indeed I have created the meta-template acting standards in an example non-meta blank comic meme in profile. Lost too?
That is what was crammed into the tag that got lost by the html/css foo error. But under 'Daily Meme Dive' standards or any other meta-standards anyone could create their own non-meta-template for the resulting meme, just as long as the same basic story of that particular meta-meme comic were told!
*I think a great deal on this and meta seems to invariably imply meta-meta when explained.
