Yeah, I stopped dealing with Memes Overload because I’m not a fan of the moderation over there. Turns out memes submitted in Everyones a Mod get pretty much the same traction without worrying about someone getting butthurt.

I like theme weeks.

Whether I agree or disagree if it's political, I can't undo another fun stream moderators action.

The way the approval queues work and the Approval History for yours when I looked, there isn't a way for me to review it for approval or disapproval without you resubmitting it first.

Yet before I carry on and in order to avoid counter moderation I'm trying to sort things out with the moderator who made the call.
Which admittedly is somewhat tedious.

Even after I became a Community Moderator October 2018, I still have occasional Submissions that get disapproved. It happens, but I try to keep my eye on the prize. For me, that's having fun and the laughs. Sure there are high and low points, something keeps me coming back though.

My advice would be to resubmit that one to another stream if you can, remake it (maybe add some Annoying Orange) if you can't.

Well yes- but actually no.
Happened to me before as well - so what.
But here's the thing: we are not talking about an isolated case.
I enrolled as a theme week host and as such I've been tracking theme week submissions.
There's unpolitical theme week memes that feature in the fun stream without any problems - but several don't.
Just depends on which mod happens to be logged in or clicks the approval queue first - isn't it - huh?!?
Old-established unpolitical users as well as inoffensive kids getting compelled to submit unpolitical memes to the politics stream - just because!?
