She's probably stronger than she looks. Those are the strong hands of someone who has had to work hard for most of their life. Good luck getting that AK out of her cold, still living hands!
She also sort of looks like one of those poor souls featured in the late night Christian/Jewish alliance ads, asking for your help.
Not sure what her image has to do with the NRA though.
