He was talking about the disinfectant properties of light, and then segwayed to wondering if it could be injected (note: you cant because it's a wave, not a substance). The tdr syndrome carriers heard the words "disinfectant" and "inject" and built their narrative from there. Everything about the media's interpretation of what Trump said, except those two words, is completely fabricated.
