If you want a good Shadow moveset I suggest you check out the SSBC version of him

BTW, the moveset is:
Neutral B: Homing Attack (but with a kick if he hits)
Side B: Chaos Spear
Down B: Spin Dash
Up B: Teleport
These attacks charge up a meter, and he turns into Super Shadow if you taunt while it's full
