I've had some scary moments but I'm not sure which would be number 1. I guess the dark is pretty scary

seeing a dead body in Schuylkill River when i was 6 or 7, it was a mob hit.
I was the one to first see it.

Damn... at both of those. Those are definitely the worst so far on this.

One time when I was in 8th grade, it was Halloween that day when I freaked out when one of the cafeteria staff was dressed scary. And by the time I finished washing my hands and turned around, it was her and since I thought that it was real blood on her costume, I started screaming and ran out of the bathroom.

It was something super traumatic that I'm going to a therapist for and don't feel comfortable sharing

So yeah it was pretty scary

Being attacked by a Black Bear in a military tent. We used bug repellent to blind it.

The scariest moment in my life was when I hit something with my car at night. After hitting it with quite violent force, I slammed on my breaks and came to a sliding halt. I instantaneously got out of my car and started running down the road towards the spot where I hit the victim. I was screaming obscenities. I thought A) someone else's life is over, B) my life as I knew it would be over soon, and C) I'm hungry for tacos. Luckily, it was just a dog that I had hit. It died. No big deal.

Definitely not a big deal to hit a dog with a car🙄

Eh, what do I know really? I live in Vegas, driest city in the U.S., rarely rains much less thunder. Sometimes outside I can be scared of that a little.

Of course you can't drown in that, but we get flash floods a lot when it rains.

One weekend when I was staying two hours away from where I live for a dance group we were practicing at a church. Well I was 15 at the time and could not drive, and for some reason the director who had promised all the parents that he would make sure everyone had a ride somehow did not and I was left without a ride at like 12:00 at night in the church parking lot. When I called the director he sent this other kid who was on the team to come get me. I thought I was gonna get abducted.

I either have to go with going on this beast of a rollercoaster or a shooting only 2 houses down from mine.

I was 8 or 9 at the time going on this. The Desperado in Primm, NV. After my sister and her friend went on like 10 times, I decided to go on it and not be scared... well... I failed one of those... extremely high speeds, loops, feeling like my feet were flying in the air, I could make a Top 10 with almost primarily amusement park rides.

The other one is the shooting. I'm 17 and I've only heard gunshots 3 occasions which have happened to be only the past 5 months. One was just at a shooting range, December there was gunshots at a store by our house, could be heard from there. No news whatsoever. Then... the shooting 2 houses down happened 3 months ago. 2 minutes before my alarm would've gone off, I'm awoken by something. I feel the ground shaking a little bit, think nothing of it, then my mom rushes in and says there's a shootout going on. Easily 40-50 shots fired, and once again... NOTHING on the news... I think it was the guy in the house and a cop shooting at each other. The SWAT team ended up coming, My mom thinks it was a cover-up. The house's blinds were closed, the door was boarded up with a gunshot in it, he likely died. I just really know what actually happened, what was going on. That's a scary thing for me, I don't know enough what gunshots sound like, I can mistake them for so many other things, and you never know... at anytime that could be extremely crucial...

for me it would be when i saw two lights in the sewer, right after watching IT, but it was some lost fkashlights

Hmm. I'm not sure. I hate heights, so when my mom pulled me onto a giant wooden roller coaster I was freaked. But then I loved it. I hate Ferris wheels, but my friends still pull me on. So its scary when I look down. But one thing I can think of, the scariest thing that happened to me, was when my sister cried. She had just gotten her wisdom teeth out, and she's my older sister, not someone you'd expect to cry. It was so scary. Not something id like to hear again.
A different time I heard my bro got hit by a car, but I was younger so I wasn't as scared. He was fine, tho his pinky is a little strange looking. I think I get scared easily, but now I see I don't nearly as much as I thought.
