And now in my role as your teacher in the Dutch language a note:
"Geen enkele overtreding?"... A literal translation from "no offense" I guess, but not a single soul in the Netherlands would say that (it was actually my knowledge of the English language that made me able to decipher that). In Dutch we could say in stead "Met alle respect" (with all due respect), "Ik wil niet lullig zijn, maar..." (I don't wanna be a jerk, but....) or "Niet kwaad bedoeld" (no evil intended) or "Niet lullig bedoeld" (not meant to be nasty).
