Seriously, for the longest time that was all, they would say, over and over. Now there was a female variant of these if that what you wanting, but they were only shown off in a very gruesome episode of the side series Torchwood. Simply put her exposed body and flesh weren't really meant to be a fashion statement of frankly sexy.
