The MEME is ENTIRELY ENGLISH -- **not** German.

It's entirely understandable that someone whose NATIVE LANGUAGE is NOT ENGLISH wouldn't know what the ENGLISH word BIER means and THEREFORE WOULDN'T GET THE PUN--even many NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS don't know.
