Western LBGT activists are fortunate

While I'm not endorsing this, there are people who do this in every part of the world. That doesn't mean activists aren't often practicing selective outrage. Of these two countries, tell me, which one has government mandated or approved assault and killing of LGBT people? I think the answer is Saudi Arabia.
