I'm not going to disagree with a lot of what you've said there Blabbermouth. But the unfortunate fact is that many people do live paycheck to paycheck. I'm not going to dissect what they spend their money on as you have, because again, I would probably agree with a lot of what you've said.
However, if you know anything about me and what I post here on the flip, I strongly believe that those people, on the whole, have the ability to get out of that situation, on their own. No need to rehash that entire subject about why I feel they don't. The bottom line is, I've taken plenty of heat for that.
However, the simple fact is, people are in that situation, NOW. So we can't just let them starve when we have a crisis. To deny people something as simple as seeds, claiming that they're non-essential, in what is really nothing more than a power grab by a fairly unbalanced governor from Michigan, is not the humane thing to do, imo. And God has nothing to do with it.
