I am pointing out that those people in Africa with AIDS and Tuberculosis dont stand much chance of surviving infection by Covid 19 and this although as sad as it sounds would have to please someone like Mr Gates because these diseases are ones which his foundation is aiming to eliminate (amongst others) as they are the preeminent infectious diseases on the continent of Africa and occupy a lot of the infected and the foundations time and money. This Corona virus Covid 19 will work just fine in reducing the number of infected people. So to let a virus infect a population and kill people with an already existing illness falls in line with the methods used by Tedros the head of WHO when he was Ethiopian Health Minister and one of his techniques for eliminating health issues within that country.
