If Trump ever wants to stop being wrong and be a leader I can get behind and support, great. That’d be best for our country.
Example: I credit Trump for signing the CARES Act, $2.2 trillion economic relief bill, and other similar bills passed by Congress within the past few weeks to address the covid-19 quarantine’s effects on our economy.
If Chloroquine turns out to be a miracle cure for covid-19 despite the cautionary warnings issued by Dr. Fauci and other medical experts, great. Fewer people will die.
But we’re skeptical at this point, and justifiably so. It needs to undergo the proper high-quality clinical trials first, which is exactly why Gov. Cuomo went out and acquired a bunch of it for that purpose before he started publicly crowing about the drug’s potential to be a game-changer.
