The solution is to just take the controller away, most online games are for casuals and there are no negative consequences for dying.

but the games i play are on roblox and on my phone and they are like not just Creepypasta or SCP RP it's like SCP-682 containment breach can you survive? or talking to a friend *cough* Creepypastawolf *cough*

no actually you can't pause online games because people are playing the game live right in the dot so you can't and if I would be playing a VR game with Ree Kid i would pull a Ree Kid aditude on my mom and probally grab my knife that i keep in my room for self defence.
