You shouldn't have do that part. All you need to do is create a name for your stream and a brief explanation of the stream.

Not sure, it works for me. You need to be sure to have a description of your stream with at least 40 characters.

As long as it's at least 40 characters. I don't know why you're having problems with it. The description looks fine.

Yeah

On your profile, go to 'Edit Profile' (should be on your right hand side above your tagline) and it should take you to a page where you can change your icon and all for your profile. Go to the bottom once you are there and there will be 3 Web Notifications check boxes and 1 Email Notifications checkbox. Go to the Web Notifications and the second checkbox should say:
Notify me when someone follows a stream I moderate
Uncheck that checkbox and then press 'Update' which is under 'Delete My Account' (DON'T ACCIDENTALLY PRESS THAT BUTTON) and then it should take you back to the top and there should be a green box that says:
Updated Successfully
Then you will never receive notifications saying who followed your streams. And if you ever wanna change that, go back to the Edit Profile and check that box and then Update it again.
