Obama didn't have a dedicated pandemic team until Ebola. And Trump didn't fire them. The team was combined with another team. Obama also submitted mutlitple budget requests which proposed cutting funding to the CDC. Obama, through his namesake legislation, cancelled millions of insurance policies then forced those same people to buy more expensive policies, and told the same people they could keep their doctor.
The difference, the media told you Obama was great, and that Trump is the devil.
