Not sure who stuck this one in there but it seemed relevant..

(It's not an actual check, it's via some kind of tax deduction I think... but still..)

I have attempted to get onto the Congressional website to locate that information in the passed measure, but the server continues to go down on me. However, I did find a Forbes article that discusses the final and passed bill. According to their info, Pelosi's sought-after allocations were whittled down from $300 million to $75 million for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (PBS), and from $75 million to $25 million for the National Endowment for the Arts. So, she got what she wanted, just not so much of it.
