This is the same girl in the "Poor victim of mistaken identity" meme -- somebody posted a photo of a blonde with the caption World's Sexiest Maths Teacher and although Oksana was only in high school a friend thought it was a picture of Oksana and said it was Oksana and posted some of Oksana's other photos.
For some unknown reason, Oksana's photos went viral.
