Hmm... the shark would win, I'd say, because a) bears are not acclimated to ocean water and b) sharks can handle ridiculous ocean pressure. Now, if a bear manages to get to the underside or tear off a fin before the shark drags him down, all bets are off.

If the shark is on land or in low level water like a stream, then the grizzly wins. But if it's in the ocean, then the shark wins. It's all about the arena and who deals the most damage first.
