One time, I actually tried my best to recreate every Mario Kart Super Circuit course (not including the retro tracks) in Minecraft. I wasn't good at it, but they turned out very well!

kewl, One time I attempted to recreate skate 3. The skateboards turned out (besides the fact that you had to sit on them) but the city never turned out.

So the skateboards were minecarts?

No, actually they were a whole new entity. The addon was for bedrock so it wasn't as hard to make as a java mod. You just couldn't stand up when you ride on it.
