I couldn’t imagine going on a big vacation now and have everything closed

I know, a lot of friends and family were planning trips to Disneyland/Disneyworld and in the blink of an eye gone, gone, gone

Wow, that’s a shame.
I hope this crap goes away soon.
Things are shutting down all around me.

Yeah, our whole family went to Disneyland last Halloween and the wife and I bought passes. I guess we won't be using them any time soon. :-( Oh well, I just feel sorry for the small businesses that are taking it in the shorts. Before the movie came out my friend gave me the issue of National Lampoon with the plot of the movie and I swear it was funnier than the movie. Stay healthy my friend! :-)

Some day things will calm down. Hard to imagine being able to go to Disney again.

Well, I was board to death working in Alaska and my friend flew in with the magazine. We took turns reading it and laughed ourselves silly. The movie was released later that summer when we got back home and I remember being somewhat disappointed, probably because we laughed so hard out of boredom. Stay healthy <elbow bump> :-)

We went to Alaska a couple years ago. Couldn’t imagine actually working there!
I can see how you’d maybe build up a movie before its release, and then be disappointed. I see where people do that with books and that the movie wasn’t up to their expectations.
I’m also pretty sure you guys laughed yourselves out beforehand, lol!

I'm sure expectations had a lot to do with it. Every time I see it I like it better...I worked 9 summers in Bristol Bay and intended to make it a career, but wife and kids made me change directions ("Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans ") I think everybody should have to wear 3 foot radius tutus to guarantee 6 feet of separation...stay healthy, stay safe. :-)

Wow, 9 summers, that’s quite a stretch. Most of my jobs were 2 or 3 years max, until this one.
They just gave us papers to keep in our cars in case we get stopped during the emergency. We repair cell phone equipment and it’s considered essential.
I can’t picture anyone stopping us anyway.
I drive 23 miles to work, and it was eerie. Not much traffic... sad really.

Thanks, we played that song "Beautiful Boy" at my son's dedication. I drive about the same distance. They didn't give us any papers, but there isn't anybody on the road. I can't imagine it will be too much longer before they quarantine us. Prayers for you, this country, this world. God Bless! :-)
