Legal opinions are supposed to be based off law, not personal beliefs. You're conflating the two. And forcing an abortion can be murder by legal standards as murder is an illegal homicide.

Ethical considerations are separate from legal ones, so your attempt at an appeal to authority fails. not just because of a fallacy, but because the ethical ramifications that people who refer to abortion as murder are not part of the ruling at all.

So in essence you failed to address what people are saying.
