as far as unemployment, My Union was around mid teens laid off during the BHO yrs and now we are less than zero, meaning there are more jobs than we have workers to fill them..

all in the past 2.5 yrs. we even are calling up retired guys to get the jobs done.. PERIOD..
all new contracts, all post BHO admin..
