You can receive treatment (which you refer to in your meme as "heal") with a pre existing medical condition. And prior to ObamaCare, you couldn't receive insurance to cover the exepenses to cover your care for pre existing conditions.
Also, Republicans who want to repeal ObamaCare have stated they are willing to keep the pre existing coverage aspect of ObamaCare.
So your argument not only conflates insurance with care, it is also factually inaccurate.
