Are you trying to appear to be racist? I'll bet that no one held a gun to your head and forced you to comment on an event that many African Americans see as a turning point in getting voting rights. John Lewis, this year's keynote speaker was a young men trying to register to vote when they set police dogs on him that day, back then. For you to demean the people who stood up to honor him, does not surprise me one little bit. You are just that petty.

No, Larry, this isn't about John Lewis, but about democrats in attendance who I referred to as 'house negros' for their continued efforts in oppressing the black community through false hope and disadvantageous policies by design. The audacity of these people to show up and march when not a single democrat voted in support of the 15th amendment is absolutely staggering.

I'm no racist, nor am I trying to appear to be one, but you're doing a good job (once again) at being dishonest or just plain ignorant.

If you're truly unaware of the term, this 2 minute bit by Malcolm X should shed some light on the topic.

I am well aware of the term, phrased slightly differently. But, you misunderstand the meaning. A House-Ni**er never rises to the rank of the Master of the House. The Democrats you are trying to demean would be in that role, having the power to do the things you allude to. Thus, my confusion over why you were targeting the African Americans in the picture. You were not being racist, as you say. You were just trying to be partisan and clever at the same time. Well, you were one out of the two.

You landed on that 'r' pretty hard there Larry, lol. I never heard of being referred to it as such.
You really see politicians as 'masters of the house'? Take a good look and you'll see they're just there (in the position of "power") to play their part and execute orders. Ask yourself, honestly, was rat-infested Baltimore the best Elijah Cummings could do for his fellow African Americans? Far from it.
