hahaha, that was funny.
What they were talking about on line reminded me of this real life 1980s band, Moslem Birth, which was a SoCal (Pomona, to be exact, I believe) Death Punk parody band created mainly on account of hatred for Christian Death, a biggie in that subgenre.
Anyways, they had one performance, then broke up because TA DA! they were a Death Punk band! Git it!?! BWAHAHAHAHA.
Yeah, them was the days.
Unfortunately they recorded only one song, Horror Snores, released on the most excellent Noise From Nowhere 4 song various artists EP. A turgidly slow song about a Vampboy wanting to sleep featuring bottomless bass and nails scratching a chalkboard (was in the credits, I never could detect them), amongst other instruments.

After the 'break up' they basically became Peace Corpse, an awesomeating group, their Quincy's Lament EP also saw many a twirl on my record player.
And yes, kiddos, I gots the originals which are worth a pretty penny!
Reissue versions available on eBay, Toxic Shock Records or whatever they're called now (might have changed it to Toxic Ranch?), I'm rusty.
VIVA LA PUNK ROCK!!!!!
