No its a good thing Canada does not have millions of people from the third world walking across their border unscreened or detected. Its a good thing Canada has first world health standards. Its a good thing Canada enforces its immigration laws rather than gaming them for political gain.

You have 4% Chinese, and  4 % Indian Sikhs all of whom bought their way through the gates and 92%  cracker , you have 0.00 % Central American/Mexicans nobody gets admitted that is likely to go on public assistance. If you don't have money to invest or a job skill like MD your not getting across the border. If you over stay your  visa your ass is on the first plane out of town.
