hard to say every piece of wood is different, i actually split each log for each bow, but generally about three days. when i first started it took me about a week and a half LOL
it takes me most of the day to make six arrows from scratch i use cedar,white pine,popular and mahogany. the bow strings take about an hour(Flemish twist).the hand stitched leather handle wraps take about 2 hours :-)
