For the problem you've mentioned, go to
imgflip.com/settings enter the correct working) one, hit the Update button.
If you sign in using Google, that may be causing be the issue, but I'm not sure about that. I've turned that off a long time ago in Chrome on my device. Go to Chrome settings, Site settings, Cookies, Allow cookies but select check box to Block third-party cookies.
