Ummm, No. Its deliberately a repost if the image is DIRECTLY from the internet and is a copy and paste. If you add creative changes like putting in whole different text, OR putting a reaction image, it makes it original

Oh reaction videos... they are the exceptions in the case that they could go to hell for all I care.

Memes or images with reaction memes tacked on are the ImgFlip version of reaction videos.

But 99 percent of the time, they are actually funny IMO. Seriously it's one thing to put a reaction meme to make it funnier, AND another thing to rip off someone's video and just sit, and watch the vid creating your own personal reactions just for the ad revenue

Is the version with the reaction image significantly funnier, or is it more likely that the poster is just trying to get upvotes for someone else's image?

It had another image in it, which made it COMPLETELY original. And bypassed the Repost Security. But I see what ur getting at, but certain memes IMO are better when reactions pics are added, and some are not.

I'm not saying it's a repost according to the rules. I'm saying it's not cool.
