Actually last week. Perfect health, I also have a bodybuilder physique.

I should add, the point of the meme, is not to defend cigarettes, which are obviously unhealthy, rather to show the hypocrisy of the government who constantly attacks cigarettes while allowing the promotion of alcohol, which is also dangerous, even worse than cigarettes. Lets be consistent on drugs is the point.
