The DOJ was given a recommendation by the prosecutors, which they approved - and the prosecutors gave a different recommendation to the Judge. 9 years for a 70 year old man is a life sentence, and the intimidated witness denies that he was intimidated.... The whole thing is a setup to give the House Democrats something else to be outraged over. And all the prosecutors had to do was lie to the Attorney General and resign.

They've already made a statement about it. How long until the DOJ releases documentation to prove it? It's just another fabrication to drag Trump through the mud.

Mueller's prosecution team made a recommendation. That isn't opinion, it's well documented fact. They took a different recommendation to the DOJ for approval, another documented fact. Those recommendations were not the same, as reported by a DOJ spokesperson.

What is decided by the judge has nothing to do with any of these facts.
