Hell, just look at Guarenteed Government Student Loans, that is a major scam on the US Taxpayer...the "Student" get the loan, the University gets the money, the Government pays off the loan that the student get pay back, the Gov't hounds the student till he pays it back or dies, and the University kicks money back to Democrat incumbants reelection campaign.
