it sure is, they hold and withdraw my submissions. They take so long that at times someone posts my meme that was posted on facebook, and Imgflip takes so long to post it here, then three hours later pulls it out saying it is not original, and I know it is due to someone whining that they saw it elsewhere. Why does it take 5-6 hours to post some days?
