Congress would get a lot more done if they worked with president trump

Trump is the President. Apart from tax cuts (which he got) and the border wall (which he didn’t, mainly because he waited until the day after the new Democratic Congress was installed to pick a fight over it), I’m not aware of any major legislation that he actually would back.

There is in theory a point of commonality over infrastructure, but it hasn’t been found yet.
