why avoid using sonic?

I used to be a sonic main, so I know why. You can keep running off the stage accidentally and if you miss your homing attack you go straight to the blast zone

well i tried him on the 3DS version, he was just fine. just my opinion.

yeah i agree, his move set could be way better but he's okay he does have the speed problem where he can be kinda hard to control sometimes but i mean it's sonic what did you expect, the homing attack can also screw you over so you got to be careful with that

i use to be a sonic main back when smash 4 was still relevant i played sonic a lot i also played smash 4 on 3ds, you can boo me it's fine, when smash ultimate came out i wanted to play king k rool, ridley, and to some extent simon, after trying those 3 characters (after unlocking them of course) i mained ridley and i'm decent with simon and king k rool i didn't really play as sonic that much, and by the time banjo came out i just kinda dropped sonic and i haven't touched him sense

Also dair is too easy to sd with and side and down b are basically the same move

ew a byleth main. To be honest i'm going to lay off byleth mains for right now, the character is new so there will be a lot of spamming but as of right now i haven't ran into a good byleth main, i hate hero mains thought, hero is really broken

I don't spam, or at least not in normal smash. (I do sometimes in spirit battles)

Toon link is very underrated, if you use him right he can be really OP
