Real briefly: Some internet trolls got mad at Kylie Minogue recently for being a part of an ad campaign promoting Tourism Australia at the same time as the bushfires ravaging the country.

Said internet trolls probably did not stop to consider just how many jobs in Australia depend on tourism, and how such a campaign could provide a needed boost at a very difficult time for that sector of the country's economy.

Anyway: This is probably the one time in Minogue's 30+ year career that anyone has gotten even remotely mad at her, one of the classiest pop stars to ever grace the planet.

She and her family have donated $500,000 to wildfire relief charities and she's also been seen attending fundraising galas for wildfire relief like this one

Not to get too political, but a whole lot of this outrage could be much more productively directed toward those actually responsible for these fires. From the alleged "arsonists" cited by NSW police all the way up to the global warming-denying Australian PM Scott Morrison and his counterparts on the world stage.

Moral of the story? When the online mobs come for you -- and they inevitably will no matter what you do -- #KeepCalmAndCarryOn.

End rant.
